CO2CRC Otway Basin CCS Project

The CO2CRC Otway Project is located about 40km from Warrnambool in south western Victoria.

This operational demonstration stage CO₂ injection project in the Otway Basin in Victoria, has injected 65 000 t of CO₂ into a depleted gas field. As at February 2010, a further injection project into a saline reservoir had been completed^[1]_,^[2].
