Small Scale Low Carbon Project

The Small Scale Low Carbon Project is a biomass to energy project. It represents a sub-region containing 50,000 people, operating near its full potential, given limitations in its access to natural resources, intellectual, human and financial capital. The project will engage in the co-production of energy commodities with a nominal energy content equivalent to the output from an efficient investment in a 100MW stationary power facility.
