Who we are
David Neale
Moxy Knowledge Management was founded by our CEO and Managing Director David Neale.

David has over 15 years experience in developing applications and managing software projects for a range of companies including NineMSN, Onesteel, T-Mobile, Glaxo Smith Kline, Caltex and BOC Gases.

His unique approach to managing transformational change within organisations comes from his journey from industrial designer to product developer to consultant.

Through his design background, he is able to visualise the whole picture and implement your specific business needs using the right people for the job.

From his extensive international experience, he has a wide range of professional contacts that enable Moxy to create custom web-based knowledge management systems that produce results.

Helen Chan
Helen is a qualified librarian with a Masters degree in library and information studies (MLIS) from the University of British Columbia. She has worked for over 10 years in libraries around the world including Canada, USA, Egypt and the UAE. Her areas of expertise are in web content management for libraries and information literacy. She has also worked in records management and cataloguing. Her current interests are in Web 2.0 and the impact it will have on online interaction and information/knowledge sharing within knowledge-based organisations.

Taryn Andersen
Taryn is a technologist with a computer science degree from UTS in Sydney. Taryn has diverse experience in the digital media industry, including multimedia, games and animation. She has also worked in the financial industry in Australia and Europe in both large institutions and small trading houses.  Her current passion is open-source, and believes that IT open-source systems are excellent examples of the power of community collaboration.  She is currently experimenting with open-source CMS systems: Alfresco & Joomla

Matthew Sullivan
Matthew is a professional engineer specializing in control systems and energy. He has worked for design firms in Victoria and California, USA and worked on projects around the USA, Australia and Korea. He recently completed a Master in Energy Studies at the University of Melbourne and leads the technical team for the Sustainability Working Group for the non-profit Engineers Without Borders.

Duran She
Duran is a University of Sydney student and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of IT Management. His special interests are in Information Systems and Knowledge Management. Duran is experienced in IT Management including systems management, network management and enterprise solution architecture. His work portfolio includes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) integration and web application development for an urban planning department. Duran's current research interests are in knowledge management systems (KMS) and knowledge modelling with ontologies. His latest project at Moxy is developing tools for collaborative data modelling.

Kerry Snelgrove
 Kerry is a qualified librarian, with a degree in chemistry from Sydney University and postgraduate diploma in information studies from UTS in Sydney.  Kerry’s knowledge management experience has been in the corporate area, mainly in financial institutions such as Westpac, Gresham Partners and ABN AMRO.  She has a particular interest in business needs analysis and design and creation of systems to achieve those needs.

 
                                                   

 
Martin McGrane
Martin is a University of Sydney graduate, holding Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science and Technology and with Honours in Immunobiology. Martin's current interests are in knowledge management systems and knowledge discovery techniques. His current project with Moxy is to develop collaborative data modelling tools.
